Key Responsibilities
● Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments of the organisation, such as sales, marketing, product training, support & customer services
● Collaborating with managers to plan work output for the organisation.
● Approach warm leads and convert them into paying customers.
● Strategize and carry out sales development activities and marketing campaigns
● Conceptualize and create graphics and videos to support marketing efforts through social media with the help of the design team
● Help new clients get acquainted with the InvestWell software and provide after-sales support.
● Manage existing client queries regarding the InvestWell software.
● Communicate client feedback and collaborate across Product and Design teams.
Required Experience
● Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Management/ Technology or related field.
● A keen interest in Finance and Investments will be an added advantage.
● Candidates should have some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
● Should have good communication skills, both written and verbal
● Fluency in regional languages will be an advantage
● The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
● A high degree of self-motivation and ability to cope with rejections
● Experience in creating marketing materials will be an added advantage.
