Key Responsibilities

• Understanding and representing user needs.
• Develop and improve strategy for core product modules.
• Assess the core problem that the product is solving and work on the product roadmap and lifecycle.
• Defining a vision for a product and aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
• Prioritizing product features and capabilities. Collaborate with the product owners on execution of the product pipeline.
•  Monitoring the market for customer feedback and developing competitive analysis.

Required Experience

•  2-5 years of core Product Management experience preferably in a Fintech company.
• Experience of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of product management tools viz. JIRA/Trello/Asana.
•  Good research skills, analytical skills, marketing skills and management skills.
• Should demonstrate good strategic thinking and possess documentation skills.
